- All deliveries are kerbside. Please ensure someone can help move goods; a typical pack weighs 20–25kg.
- Delivery hours are 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri. The driver may call ~1 hour before arrival where possible.
- On arrival, inspect goods immediately and note any damage on the driver’s POD, then take photos and email us.
- If a redelivery is required because no one is present, a redelivery fee (e.g., £65 + VAT) may apply.
