Solid Wood: timeless, can be re-sanded; best for low-humidity spaces.
Engineered Wood: real wood surface + stable core; suitable over underfloor heating.

Can I use underfloor heating?
Yes for most engineered wood and LVT. Keep surface temperature ≤ 27 °C,
acclimatise boards 48 hours, and follow the product’s installation guide.
How do I maintain my floor?
Use PH-neutral cleaner, avoid standing water, add felt pads to furniture, and refresh oiled/lacquered finishes as recommended.
